Our Credit Policy
DEALER CREDIT POLICY
1. Purpose
- The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for extending credit to dealers of CSK AgroUp products.
2. Authority
- The Chief Executive Officer (CFO) or their designee is responsible for overseeing and approving all credit applications and credit limits.
3. Credit Application
- Dealers wishing to establish credit with CSK AgroUup must complete a Credit Application Form.
- The Credit Application Form should include:
- Business name and contact information
- Principal owner(s) information
- Business financial statements
- Trade references
- Bank references
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
4. Credit Evaluation
- The Credit Department will evaluate each application based on:
- Credit history
- Financial stability
- Payment behavior
- Trade references
- Bank references
- Credit checks may be conducted through credit bureaus.
5. Credit Limits
- Approved credit limits will be determined based on the evaluation of the CSK AgroUp Core team.
- Credit limits may be adjusted periodically based on dealer performance and market conditions.
6. Terms of Sale
- The standard payment terms for dealers are Net 30 days.
- Dealers are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms.
7. Sales Orders
- Sales orders from dealers will be processed only if the dealer has an approved credit account with CSK AgroUp.
- The credit limit must not be exceeded with any single order.
8. Past Due Accounts
- Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon terms will be considered past due.
- The Accounts Receivable Department will send reminders for overdue payments.
- Past due accounts may be subject to:
- Late payment fees
- Suspension of credit privileges
- Legal action for collections
9. Disputes
- Dealers should notify CSK AgroUp promptly of any disputes regarding invoices.
- Disputed amounts do not exempt the dealer from the obligation to pay non-disputed amounts by the due date.
10. Returns and Credits
- Returns of merchandise will be accepted only with prior approval.
- Credits for returned merchandise will be issued based on the original invoice value, less any applicable restocking fees.
11. Reporting
- The CSK Core Team will provide regular reports on the status of dealer accounts to management.
- Reports will include aging of accounts receivable, credit utilization, and any significant credit issues.
12. Review and Adjustment
- This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness.
- Adjustments may be made to credit limits and terms as deemed necessary by management.
